Premium Designer Cutlery Warranty
Our 100 Year Trust Assurance Warranty fully covers your purchase for a replacement of the faulty Cutlery piece or of a piece to the equivalent value if the original cutlery piece may no longer be available.The warranty covers any fault in workmanship and is valid only if the item has been exclusively used for its obvious and manufactured intention, which is for food consumption. Scratching caused by continual dishwasher use with abrasive chemical detergents is not covered under warranty. ShervinVerkil recommends hand washing wherever possible with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to maintain the cutlery with it’s exceptional polishing finish. General use scratching over extended periods of use will also not be covered for replacement and is considered general wear and tear and not faulty workmanship. ShervinVerkil recommends that children should be adult supervised at all times whilst using cutlery. ShervinVerkil takes no responsibility or is not liable in any manner if injury occurs whilst using or in cleaning of the product. Proof of purchase will be required to validate warranty coverage.

The warranty covers any fault in workmanship and is valid only if the item has been exclusively used for its obvious and manufactured intention, which is for food consumption and in containing or holding of food scratching, chipping or cracking caused by contact with other utensils or other pieces is not considered a workmanship or product fault issue and as such is not covered under warranty. ShervinVerkil recommends hand washing wherever possible with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth to maintain the exceptional product finish. ShervinVerkil takes no responsibility or is not liable in any manner if injury occurs whilst using or in cleaning of the product. Proof of purchase will be required to validate warranty coverage.
